Isn’t it amazing how people criss cross our lives, adding to the ever growing tapestry of colour and fabric? Some of them make indelible imprints on our souls- marks that are ingrained in our very being. And there are those that simply glide off our psyches like flat sugar-free cola. But there are those who settle like dregs from coffee and hang stale in our memories, like festering sores- wounds that will never heal. If life is supposed to flash by when one is about to die, I’d like to savour the fresh, colourful and explosive moments, and look at the nasty experiences as life’s body-building exercises- painful, but adding to your strength and power! Anybody philosophical out there?
